Starting his career at PT Petrokimia Gresik starting May 1, 1990. Appointed as Technical & Development Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik since January 13, 2016.

He was Director of HR and General Affairs PT Petrokimia Gresik in 2016-2017, and was President Director of PT Semen Baturaja in 2017- October 2018. Appointed as President Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik starting 31 October 2018.
