As realization of company’s concern on Human Capital (HC) development, the company peforms Training and Skill Development workshop (Lolapil) targeting High School graduates from the neighborhood. Lolapil is done within 6 (six) months period. The objectives to be achieved by the company are including:
- Develop competent including special knowledge and expertise mainly on chemical industry operator sector and also requires working ethic / conducts according to prevailing law.
- Increasing effectiveness of Employee Education and Traning to achieve Human Capital with high competency as Chemical Industry operator.
- Provide expertise experience as well as skills to workers who wil be recruited as ready to use workers to be placed as Chemical Industry operator.
