The K3PG Chairman, Rohmad, revealed that business activities in the developing Business Units and Subsidiaries had the following consequences and risks, especially more complex work safety issues. Recognizing its importance for business continuity, K3PG also strives to make safety become a work culture. K3PG's good commitment in implementing the safety aspects resulted to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System Certification by PT Jatim Aspek Nusantara (JAN) after an audit process in the end of January 2019.
"This certification is a form of K3PG's commitment to continuously improve the performance of Business Units through the implementation of management standards, particularly in the field of safety", Rohmad said, during the HSE Month Competition at PG Fire Ground, Wednesday (02/20/2019).
It is expected that each individual in K3PG to always prioritize the safety aspects in work behavior. Rohmad said, as part of Petrokimia Gresik, a consisten application of safety management system in K3PG is uregently required. This is for future business continuity.
