Signing of Mutual Agreement between PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) Group with the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administration and High Prosecutors, took place in the Ballroom of Sheraton Hotel Gandaria City, Jakarta, January 15th, 2019. The Signing of Mutual Agreement for Management of Civil Law and State Administration was conducted by President Director of Pupuk Indonesia, Aas Asikin Idat, and President Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG), Rahmad Pribadi, and Directors of other Pupuk Indonesia Subsidiaries.
This signing was a determination of PT Pupuk Indonesia Group to strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and in order to protect national assets.
